CRISTAL LOPEZ, Spanish Teacher.  Cristal is well-known by many THS children and families as she has overseen our after-school program for many years.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State in Chicano Studies.  She also stepped in as a long-term substitute last year while Maestra Rose was on maternity leave. She lifted the Spanish program to the remote space and connected with her students despite needing to do so via technology. Cristal is a Board member for Healdsburg Unified School District and volunteers at Corazon in her free time.
