Ms. Perrine carries on a fun tradition with her 6th Grade Advisory Group virtually. That tradition is playing a game called Hucklebucklebeanstock that she usually plays in her classroom. Have you ever heard of Hucklebucklebeanstock? It is a childhood game where you hide a penny in plain sight and everyone has to find it without giving it away. She has done this for 30 plus years and even played this game as a family growing up, the students love it. While at home during this remote learning, Ms. Perrine was given, by a 7th grade student, this cute little South American hat on a keychain. She is using that to hide in her house. She then uses her laptop to view her apartment and the students say “hucklebuckleHAT” when they see it. It is very entertaining and creates lots of laughs amongst the class.  This game is a tradition that is beloved by the students and will continue on for years.
