ANDREA HAUGHTON KLADDER
ANDREA HAUGHTON KLADDER was born in Northern California and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After stints in the Mountain West, the Southeast, the Northeast and the Midwest, she was delighted to return to her California roots and make Healdsburg home with her husband Dean in 2013. Her family joined the THS community in 2019 and she currently has children in kindergarten, 4th and 7th grades.
Andrea is a graduate of a K-12 independent school and is grateful for the journey of lifelong learning and curiosity that began through this rich educational environment. She went on to earn a BA in English from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary.
Andrea currently serves as the Co-Pastor of Healdsburg Community Church and has been an ordained Presbyterian pastor for 17 years. In a demonstration of her love of learning, she recently re-trained in accounting and runs a bookkeeping firm, Persevra Bookkeeping, while maintaining a part time pastoral role.
She is grateful for the opportunity to use her experience with leading teams, facilitating decision making, and building healthy community in the nonprofit world to the THS board so that the school community can thrive for many years to come.
