CORINNE EFRAM
CORINNE EFRAM, MA, LMFT, PPSC, is excited to join the team this year as the School Counselor. She is eager to work collaboratively to support students and the entire THS community with her breadth of counseling experience, education, and skills to meet the moment.
After receiving her B.A. in fine arts from Mills College, an internship at a psychiatric rehabilitation facility sparked her desire to help others through counseling and therapeutic art. Corinne received her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Notre Dame Demur University. Subsequently, she earned her Marriage Family Therapy license ( LMFT), and later, her School Counseling Credential from Sonoma State University.
Corinne has worn many hats throughout her fifteen-year career, working at various K-12 school and non-profit settings throughout Sonoma and Solano Counties: Family Counselor, K-12 School Guidance Counselor, Teacher, Art Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Behavior Specialist, and Post-Disaster Recovery Resiliency Trainer.
Corinne is a huge Giants fan, enjoys hiking and backpacking with her family and friends and her seventeen-year-old border collie dog, listening to Sports Talk radio, making art, and writing stories in her spare time.
